Satisfaction Commitment

We take great care in preparing every floral arrangement and order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a quality or fulfillment issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos (where applicable).
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Quality Concerns

If flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or not in acceptable condition at the time of delivery or pickup, please inform us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-refundable:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Custom or personalized floral arrangements, unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part
  • Perishable food and beverage items once collected or delivered
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Seasonal or special event orders, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
  • If payment verification is not possible, Bloom & Brew reserves the right to decline the refund.

Delivery & Pickup Issues

If there is a delivery delay, missed delivery, or pickup concern, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled time. While we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to assist.
